Daniel Al B. Delfin

Dan currently focuses on corporate law, civil and criminal litigation, labor law, and real estate matters.

Over the years, he has developed a robust litigation practice, securing favorable outcomes and earning a reputation for thorough pleading preparation, sound legal strategy, and steadfast client representation.

Dan has also been actively involved in assisting businesses across Western Visayas. He has advised and represented a diverse range of clients, including some of the largest businesses operating in Western Visayas, such as the leading property developer in Capiz, a major shipping and cargo forwarding company, a leading BPO provider, prominent restaurant franchise operators, healthcare institutions, and other established enterprises.

Prior to establishing his private practice in Roxas City, Capiz, Dan was an associate at Caguioa Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio (C&G Law), a Makati-based law firm and member of Rajah & Tann Asia, Southeast Asia’s largest legal network.

He also previously served as Legal Assistant to Associate Justice Marvic Mario Victor F. Leonen of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

Before establishing the firm, Dan was a partner at Samillano Delfin & Samillano Law Offices, where he worked with local lawyers who have likewise accumulated an extensive portfolio of cases and gained formidable reputations as private practitioners in Roxas City, Capiz.

In 2022, he also served as head of the local legal team in Roxas City that successfully initiated a case before the Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of COMELEC’s “Operation Baklas,” which ultimately resulted in a ruling declaring it unconstitutional.

In addition to private practice, Dan serves as Legal Consultant to the Capiz Provincial Government and teaches law at the University of the Philippines College of Law and Colegio dela Purisima Concepcion College of Law.
