Mariah Therese A. Aguilar

Mariah currently focuses on corporate law, civil law, criminal law, and real estate matters.

Mariah is an associate at Delfin Law Office, where her practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, corporate housekeeping, transfer of ownership involving land transactions and estate settlement, and regulatory matters. She assists the firm in legal research, drafting of pleadings and contracts, and the preparation of legal strategies for matters before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and government agencies.

Mariah earned her Juris Doctor degree from Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion, graduating Top 3 of her class. During law school, she was actively involved in legal aid and clinical legal education program (CLEP) activities, assisting indigent clients and participating in legal seminars and community outreach initiatives. In recognition of her involvement, she received the Certificate of Distinction for Law Student Practice, as well as the Most Promising Legal Aid Volunteer Award and the Legal Aid Volunteer Service Award. She passed the 2024 Bar Exams and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
